The Nobel Park Neighborhood Association formed in 2003 and includes the area surrounded by Northport Dr. on the north, School Rd. on the west, and Troy Dr. on the south. The association hosts annual activities such as a spring cookout, block party, wiffle golf tournament, pumpkin carving contest, and Christmas light decorating contest.
