Rolling Meadows is an L shaped area east of Stoughton Rd., enclosed by Milwaukee St. to Meadowlark Dr. to Cottage Grove Rd. to Vernon Ave., and Garnet Ln. to Belmont Rd. The neighborhood is home to McGinnis Park, possibly named for Jerry McGinnis, a 1952 graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison who, with his family, is now a benefactor to the UW Foundation.
