Wexford Village Homeowners Association

Wexford Village is bounded by N. Gammon Rd. on the east, Old Sauk Rd. on the south, W. Beltline Hwy on the west, and the city limits on the north. The area is home to many parks and natural spaces, including Strickner's Pond and Park, a glacial kettle pond formed over 10,000 years ago and home to many migrating birds. Owen Conservation Park is another location for viewing wildlife and enjoying many flowers on a hilltop overlooking Madison. The Wexford Village Homeowner's Association meets once a month and plans a number of social activities including an Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July parade, neighborhood garage sale and sports leagues.
